Customer represents and warrants that the data provided in response to the following survey questions and otherwise provided by Customer to BroadJump is accurate to the best of Customer's knowledge. Customer acknowledges and agrees that BroadJump shall have the right to audit the records of Customer to verify the accuracy and validity of all such information provided. Customer acknowledges that it is critical to the integrity of the BroadJump database that all information provided herein be as accurate as possible as other BroadJump customers will view the information provided by Customer (which shall be displayed only in a blinded and aggregated manner) for their own benchmarking purposes. Failure to provide accurate data would skew the benchmarking integrity for all BroadJump customers. Customer acknowledges that any intentional falsifying of survey responses and data submitted may result in the suspension of your Broadjump purchased services module subscription.
